The Champion Hills Fitness & Wellness Center
Our full-service, 1,200-square-foot facility offers professional services including personal training, exercise classes, body composition analysis and an annual wellness seminar series. The center director has extensive certifications in sports science, fitness training and senior fitness training.

The Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art Precor, CYBEX and other equipment for both strength and cardio workouts. Classes include Yoga, Core Pilates and NIA. Other classes can be added based on member interest. Sport-specific training is also available for golf, tennis and other sports.

Tennis
Champion Hills is known for golf, but we also have a very active tennis program, with 100 regular players and a full calendar of social, instructional and competitive events for men and women. Our lighted Har-Tru® courts are nestled in a beautiful setting and are easy on the legs and feet. No matter your skill level or competitive attitude, you are sure to find partners, weekly groups, and tournaments that fit the way you play tennis.

If you are interested in improving your game, individualized and group lessons are available from the director of tennis, Lane Evans, who is a USPTA P-1 certified professional and has been teaching tennis for more than 30 years.
